Actualization Coaching is about...
Everything we think, do, and feel affects us on a cellular level.
The quality of your health and life are dependent on three factors.
What you take in.
How you processor assimilate what you take in.
Your ability (sometimes willingness) to eliminate the waste.
This is true for the whole of your life and health - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
The issue is that so many of our choices and behaviors relative to these three factors are built on a foundation of unexamined values, beliefs, feelings, and "knowledge". To actualize your vision you must be willing to get curious not only about what's really driving you but what you are really experiencing.

My job is to help you rediscover YOUR VALUES and let the other stuff go, give you the information and practical tools to support the changes your values are driving you towards. and provide support and accountability

Hi I'm Jen Towell, Certified Life Coach, Certified Health Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher. I have trained in the Art of Meditation and Mindfulness and studied formally the concepts of Applied Functional Medicine. My training provided me with many practical tools for exploring and transforming my own health and life and actualizing my pure potential.
